Vanille Joghurtcreme / vanila yoghurt cream

I hardly ever eat breakfast at home,  I always prepare something to take to university or to work. I always prepare it the day before, so that I only need to pack it in the morning. Yesterday I made a pot of yoghurt cream with caramelized oatmeal and Pink Grapefruit.

Ingredients for one serving:

100g natural yoghurt
50g curd
1pk. vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon of sugar
20g rolled oats
1 pink grapefruit
Whole grain flakes

Preparation:

First melt and caramelize the sugar and roast the oatmeal in it. Due to the heat they got a great nutty flavor. In the meantime I mixed the yogurt, the curd and the vanilla sugar  and filleted the grapefruit. Personally, I like it better when it is filleted, but you can also just cut it. I put the caramelized oatmeal in my glass, stacked alternately the yogurt cream and grapefruit, and topped all with whole grain flakes.
